What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Breast?

I have had a red itchy rashly on and off several months under breasts. Now have developed a boil there and another along waist line. They are now healing after hot soaks etc but now have noticed several more spots under breasts again. Ugh, is this caused by staph and should I go. When I was younger in my teens I had boils occ. under my arms on on various places on my body. I am 54 years old.

Avoid sweat accumulation. Keep the area dry. Use soft non irritating clothes. Avoid sunlight exposure. Apply cold packs. Apply Fucidin ointment.
