What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Arms, Stomach And Leg?

I have a rash on my arm and parts of my stomach and leg. They itch a lot. Seem to be spreading. I think I came in contact with a plant while working outside. This has been going on for 5 days now. Using hydrocortisone on the spots and taking benadryle . Thoughts welcome.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms are suggestive of allergic eruption following contact with an irritant plant.

As of now, you can take antihistamines like Pheniramine for symptomatic relief. You can also apply low potency steroids creams like Betamethasone also.

If symptoms persist, better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
