What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Ankles And Feet?

Went trail running over the weekend and next day developed itchy rash on ankles and top of feet that has intermittently been causing symptoms over the past few days. There are bumps covering ankles and over top of feet though I had not come in contact with any vegetation

General & Family Physician 's  Response
dear
we see there are rashes with itchy blisters.
although not in contact with vegetation but still chanses are there for fungal infections.
they may be secondarily infected also.
in such conditions we usually advise for a antifungal itch cream, powder to dust and an anti histaminic.
The shocks need to be replaced if possible and we have to avoid any possible allergy also.
Please consult your treating physician for further medication or investigation.

hope this helps.
welcome for further queries
