Hello, I get rashes on both sides of neck, I believe it comes and goes when my menstrual cycle is on. I ve suffered the huge ring rash coming and going, itching and often staying for over 9 days. What can I do? I ve been prescribed topical ointments and the occurrence just continues. I m hiding myself almost 2 week out of a month. It s really affecting me and scaring me about the future.
