What Causes Itchy Rash On Chest, Stomach And Back With Mild Asthma?

I have an itchy rash on my chest, stomach and back which looks a bit like chicken pox. I am 27 and I have been assured that I had chicken pox as a child. This rash has been present for a week now. In addition to this, I have mild controlled asthma which has become significantly worse over the last week as well. It would be interesting to know if u these could bring related or just just a coincidence. Thanks
