What Causes Itchy Lumps On The Buttocks Along With Severe Constipation?

Hi. I m 46 year old female and I ve been fighting constipation for about 3years now every now and then the top of my butt crack itches really bad and I noticed a lil bump comes up and after a few days the bump goes away with the itching. Do you have any idea what goin on with me. I ve been to obgyn and gastro docs nobody knows what s wrong with me. Can you help me please

Hello. Your symptoms seem to suggest a skin condition - possibly dermatitis - which flares up now and then due to any external conditions like got and humid weather leading to more sweating; or internal conditions like stress. The itchy feeling comes during these times and when you itch there is a local reaction causing a wheal which you feel as a bump. What you can do is take antihistaminic like Cetrizine when you start feeling the urge to itch. This should help.
