what might be the possible cause for skin disease like itching & they used to form a layer like on the skin through out the body and disapper for a short period of time when rubbed with body scrubber and they used to reapper,,,, and the person is well resistant for all other diseases,,,and he is an body builder,,,, maintains proper physical exercise everyday,, he hadn't have an history of Fever from 24 years.
