What Causes Itchy Eruptions On The Upper Arms, Thighs And Feet?

I have small tiny red eruptions here and there on my body: upper arm, top of feet, may back and thighs. They are tiny like a pin head and itchy. I haven t altered my diet nor have I changed laundry soap. I basically haven t changed anything . The only thing in my life right now is that I teach a very difficult class with many special needs children and I am 64 ... a bit old for that maybe.

It might be a case of Prickly heat, but unfortunately skin conditions can be diagnosed on a proper direct examination.

Though for the itching, I would recommend over the counter anti-histaminic drugs like Cetirizine. Keep the affected area dry, use talcum powder to keep it dry and also to soothe it.

Finally i would suggest a visit to a Skin specialist to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Hope this answers your question, thank you.
