What Causes Itchy Dots On Palms And Fingers Along With Sore Throat?

My daughter has a few dots on her palms and fingers that itch. They just appeared today. No fever. A couple days ago she started complaining of a sore throat. There were red dots on the back of her throat (and still is). No white spots though. What could this be?

Hi welcome to Healthcare Magic. The symptoms you explain are pointing towards infection. Sometimes along with sore throat there could be these spots, as your daughter recovers the spots would disappear on its own. However if it doesnt subside on a week, get blood count checked along with bleeding and clotting time.
Please write back to me. I would be interested to know how it goes.
Take care.
Regards,
Dr. Anuja
