What Causes Itchy Bumpy Rashes On The Chest And Back?

Hi. My girlfriend has had a pimple like rash on her chest arms back neck and face. It is itchy and is spreading. She has had it for 3 weeks and it is getting worse. She has been on various creams and antibiotics. I want to take her to emergency tonight. Any idea what it would be

I really appreciate your function, it may be due to some hypersensitivity reaction and it can be well managed with Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day, some time it may requires steroid but it needs to be given under medical supervision hope this information helps.
