Hello,

Your symptoms can be seen in the following conditions other than pregnancy like ectopic pregnancy, morbid obesity, and ovarian cancer. But, an ultrasound imaging can clear your doubt. Many home pregnancy tests claim to be 99 percent accurate. If you have a negative test but think you might be pregnant, repeat the test one week after your missed period. Transvaginal ultrasonography is the gold standard for confirmation of pregnancy in the early weeks.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
