General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The itchy blotches on your body after showering could be due to:

- cosmetic/showering products you might be using (perhaps changed recently)

- changed laundry products?

- extremely dry skin recently

Try to use shampoo for dry and sensitive skin, plus do use a skin moisturizer after showering.

Do run stool examination for ova/parasites to rule out intestinal parasites as sometimes they cause changes in immune system leading to such body reactions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
