What Causes Itchy And Sore Feeling In Vagina Along With Painful Urination?

I ve noticed that my vagina has become very itchy and sore, it hurts to pee, or do anything down there I ve also noticed the smallest bits of what looks to be blood when I do go the bathroom, also my vagina is alot wetter than normal, like very. But the most concerning part is that there is like what feels to be a patch of lump type things right above the vagina hole, whatever that s called. Do I have an STD? I ve had sex once, but it was months ago. I ve been using a homemade toy , could that cause anything like Herpes? I heard it can if you ve not been clean with it. What could the problem be?

The soreness would cause the discomfort on urination as the urine passes over the irritated area.
This inflammation or irritation would also be the cause of the blood that you are noticing.

If your sexual intimacy was unprotected then a STD is possible but if barrier protection was used then a STD is not likely.

There are other types of infections such as yeast infections or infection induced by trauma from your device.
It may be best to see your doctor for an assessment.
