Hello and welcome to HCM,
Painful blisters which itch and associated with oozing out of clear fluid is suggestive of a bacterial infection.
The painful blisters are possibly boils, itching may be responsible for rupture of the boils and oozing out of clear fluid.
Weakness and numbness may be secondary to painful blisters.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
