What Causes Itching,pain With Urination And Painful Ejaculation?

Hi. I have been having a problem for quite some time. When I pee my urine pipe sometimes burns and sometimes it just Itch s from the inside. Lately when I ejaculate I sometimes feel the burn, not too much but still painful and very uncomfortable. I started to pay attention a few months ago what happens after I pee if it burns, and I noticed that sometimes or most of the times in the end, a milky liquid comes along with the last drops of the pee.

Looking at your description it could be caused by number of reasons including Genitourinary infection or small renal stone


If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for a battery of tests like routine blood profile and urine culture and sensitivity test and an ultrasound.

You may require a course ofantibiotics under supervision of your doctor
Meanwhile maintain good hygiene and have plenty of fluids orally including clean water and fruit juices.
