What Causes Itching Sensation And Muscle Spasms In My Left Chest?
I have been having problems in my left chest with a combination of feelings of itchiness on the inside, muscle spasms, and sometimes pain. Sometimes the itchy feeling on the inside feel it spreads through my left arm. This happens often even though not everyday. What can this be?

Thanks for your query.
You need to take allegra 180 mg twice daily tablet for 3 days and look for the improvement. If not improved then you may have to go for allergic skin testing, serum specific IgE assay to detect the probable allergen. Do have a chest X-ray and do consult a pulmonologist soon.
