What Causes Itching On The Back?

I have been breaking out, once in February and right now, very itch, went the dermatologist in July but the bumps were gone and he said probably contact dermatitis but now again but on my back and both times my head is so itchy and bumps....I read some side effects from the shingles shot and they sound just like mine

Itchy skin could also be due to more serious medical conditions. Nerve disorders caused by diabetes, pinched nerves, and shingles can cause severe itching. Doctors might also refer to uremic pruritus as renal itch or chronic kidney disease-associated pruritus.
