What Causes Itching And Soreness Around The Vaginal Opening Along With Vaginal Spotting?

I had a medication abortion on July 03, it is now July 19. For the past 5 days or so, I ve had a strange discharge, extreme itching and soreness around the opening of my vagina, and also have experienced spotting. the discharge started as spotting brown blood, went to red blood, and now is chunky in texture and pink colored. it seems to only itch if the blood/discharge gets on my skin. no bumps or anything at the site of the itch. i bled for about. 5 days after the abortion and then had no bleeding for 5ish days and then this started happening. what could be the problem?

*The irregular bleeding with pinkish chunky discharge,after anortion pill raises a doubt of incomplete expulsion of product. In such condition, if I were to treat you I would have -

- examined you internally to judge size of uterus & its contents.

- Examined you under USG scan to confirm my findings &

- Would have treated you By oral medicines/ injectables or

-would have done a cleaning up procedure (Curretine) under ansthesia to remove remaing parts of fetus inthe uterus.

*About itching arround vahina-

It indicates fungal/bacterial infection of the remnent fetal patrs, still lying in uterus.

-For this oral medicines let ke antibiotics,anti fungal drug & pills to clear uterus.

*All of this needs detailed examination & gynecologist's help at each step.Please consult your gynecologist.
