What Causes Itching And Mosquito Bite Marks On My Body?

sorry for my poor english.
I'm D.mvid prince
Yesterday afternoon i had chicken and curd in my home. Before that i went outside in hot sun. After my lunch i found that my body was filled with mark of mosquito bite. Later i got more itching all over the body i couldn't know what to do. after sometime, itching get stopped. Today again i'm getting itches very high
What i can i do for this? Is it food allergy? or came due to sun

This may not be the mosquito bite but chances of allergy or some insect bite may be likely, and in my opinion this can be treated with Diphenhydramine lotion, hope this helps.
