What Causes Itching And Burning Rash Underneath Breasts, Abdomen And Back?

I have developed a red slightly itchy and mildly burning rash. It started underneath my breasts 3-4 days ago and is now on my abdomen, lower back and upper chest. I take only APAP and Ibuprofen for headache and have not had any new foods or beverages. My partner returned from Italy two weeks ago and the only thing I have eaten are black olives with seasonings, which I have had before without incident.

Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns. You have noticed a new rash under your breasts and in folds of your skin. This is usually a heat type rash or a fungal rash. I would recommend using tinactin or lamisil powder to keep the area dry and fungus free.
