What Causes Itching All Over Body After Taking Trazodone?

I started taking trazodone(50mg), a few days back, as a substitute for Ambien. I have started itching all over. Could this be a reaction to this drug? I do take a variety of other meds also. What other drugs may interact with Trazodone to start this? I have had surgery, a few days back also but only given pain killers for this.
