What Causes Itchiness In The Body While Having Itchy Bumps On The Navel?

At first I experienced a few tiny bumps above my belly button.This was well over a few months ago and the doctor told me it was scabies.The doctor also told me my immune system would kill it. Im starting to feel the same itching, but this time its worse.I also noticed that if i stay up real late and get tired, it triggers extreme itching on my chest,back,thighs,and arms. All of theae body parts dont itch at the same time either, its usually one or two at a time. The itching also leaves bumps that either form in a triangle of a line.What do i have?The itching also last for about 20 minutes

Hi.
As per your case history you are having scabies.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply a 1% gamma benzene hexachloride lotion once a week at night from neck to toe.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral ivermectin, topical crotamiton given only after consulting a dermatologist.
