What Causes Irritation On The Lower Part Of The Testicle?

Hello, I am a 27 year old male, and i seem to have some irritation on the lower part of my glans. As of right now it doesnt seem to be to bad. I have looked quite a bit online in a worry that i may have an sti, but from what i can tell it does not seem to fit the profile for them. I have had unprotected sex and have worried that it could be this issue, but i have also come to realize that i was wearing new dress pants without underwear could that be a cause for m irritation

Yes, Very well possible. Irritation can be caused by may factors, as this part too is covered by skin which when exposed to irritant can cause this. But as you had unprotected sex - this is the most probable reason. This can be just balanitis and a proper treatment will cure this.
GO for frequent cleaning and consult a Dermatologist as you have to rule out STI and get treated properly.
