What Causes Irritation In The Urinary Opening?

My pee hole has a pinchey feeling, Slightly irritated but not at all painfull. Just feels like it got pinched in the folds of my pants. No discharge. no pain during urination. unprotected sex over three weeks ago. feeling has persisted for about four days

Hi and welcome to HCM. As an Urologist,i can understand your anxiety.
You should write your age, and if you're on any medications.
You could've an urinary infection.Sexual transmitted disease is also possible.
After seeing an Urologist,do these tests :
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,RBS,creatinine,LFT,VDRL,HbsAg,HIV and platelets.
According to the reports,an expert opinion can be given about treatment.
Drink about 10 glasses fluids daily.Taking an urinary alkaliser syrup helps.
