General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Irregular periods warrants detailed evaluation, this could be related to hormonal imbalance, excessive stress and anxiety or PCOS

in my opinion you should immediately consult a gynaecologist for examination and a battery of investigation like hormonal assessment and an ultrasound scan to confirm the diagnosis

You can take ibuprofen for migraine
For sleepless nights please consult a psychiatrist for counselling and behavioural therapy

Don't take alcohol coffee and avoid smoking
exercise regularly
try to keep yourself busy in pleasurable activities
Best wishes
