What Causes Irregular Periods?

Hi Sir, My last period date was 18th Feb and till now i not get period. Every year once i will face this issue. From 2014 i m facing irregular periods. 2014 and 2015 2 time did scan also scanning result is : PCOD Problem 2016 had same issue taken tabulate for getting period till now not taken treatment for PCOD Now again im facing same issue. What to do for getting period early. Which tabulate i should take for getting early period. I m unmarried girl. Thank You,

Hi, I think you should take some hormonal treatment like birth control pills. In pco patients, the main problem is absence of ovulation which leads to delayed periods. You can also take metformin and some drugs like myoinositol and n acetyl cysteine for improving pco. Also try losing some weight. It will be of great help. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
