General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Usually one can expect a delay or early occurrence of periods upto a maxmimum of 3-4days,which is absolutely normal.

I advice you to
- Check Hemoglobin levels to ensure adequate blood
- supplements yourself with iron
- if stressed, relax yourself. Because stress has an Impact in your regular cycle.
- Do Thyroid function test to ensure normal thyroid functions
- have protein rich diet in order to maintain adequate weight.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
