What Causes Irregular Periods?
Hi, My name is Beena.I am having problem with my Menstrual cycles from past 6 months almost, I am 29 yrs old. My cycles are delayed by 10-16 days sometimes and this time its been 20 days and I still haven t had my cycle. My cycles usually get delayed by almost 6 days 90% of the time from beginning, I have been in USA from Mar-2015 and I started working from dec-2015 I am observing drastic changes in my .Menstrual cycles since I started working. Please let me know if I have to be seriously concerned about this

It may be stress. basically when we are stressed our hormones go haywire. You need to consult a gyneac to get basic hormonal tests done along with a scan of the pelvic organs. Results will tell.
