What Causes Irregular Periods And Vaginal Spotting When Diagnosed With Anemia?

Hi 3 years ago I donated blood and school and I fainted. ..they told me I had anemia and ever since then my period got unbalanced and I just get it every like 4 months or so... I got it a couple of weeks ago and it went away for 3 days then it came back...I only see blood when I clean myself. Sometimes I see spotting.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Anaemia can cause irregular periods. Don't worry, you can easily correct anaemia. First confirm about your hemoglobin levels by getting your blood tested.
Eat iron rich foods like jaggery, dark green leafy vegetables and dates in your diet. Supplement iron and folic acid along with protein supplements everyday for a month.
You should get back your periods to normal as your anaemia gets corrected.
