What Causes Irregular Periods And Excessive Weight Gain?
I was on depo for a year (12/2015 - 12/2016) I got my last shot in sept. 2016. I haven t had a normal period since. I know they say it takes about 6 months to a year for your body to regulate itself again, but I haven t had a period in about 7 or 8 months. I ve gained a lot of weight and I fear I may have PCOS . What do you recommend I do?
