What Causes Irregular Menstruation Along With Drainage Of Vaginal Blood Clots?

Hi.. I had unprotected like 2 months ago and my period last month wasn t normal, I had it 4 times last month. It went away for a week then came back this month and tomorrow will be 2 weeks now. The first 3 1/2 days were bad, I was bleeding ALOT. Like I ve never bled that much whenever I moved blood would squirt out of me. I didn t bleed for a day and a half then I started to spot after urinating and I noticed that there was blood clots always just one or two whenever I urinated. I would feel like passing out after being up moving around for a couple hours and I ve been crying over the littlest things.. what would the possibilities of what s causing all of this.

Hello,

First of all, I would like to ask whether you had taken any pill after having sex? And if you are having fever too?
Since pill to control the pregnancy tend to be hormonal and can cause irregular period. Apart from this you might need to rule out other causes like any infection (pelvic inflammatory disease), fibroid etc. For this, I would suggest to get sonography whole abdomen and urine routine test. Visit a nearby gynecologist.
