What Causes Irregular Heart Rate After Drinking Cold Water?
my husband was mountain bike racing today, he stopped to take a drink of cold water and his heart beat is now irregular. this happened previously when riding during the winter, again stopped to take a drink, the water was cold, his heart beat changed for 24 hours then returned to normal. any advice. thank you

I really appreciate your concern, if this is heart related symptoms then it is better to get done the EKG and ECHO, drinking cold water may not be related with this, but it could be just co-incidence hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
