What Causes Irregular Heart Beats While Suffering From Stress?
Over the past four days I am noticing an irregular heart beat........listening with a stethoscope I am hearing 5-8 irregular beats per minute. Yes, I am under stress. Also, I am not sleeping well. I am over weight, do not smoke, have one cup of coffee per day and usually walk 1 1/2--2 miles daily and have no major health issues. I am beginning to be concerned. Have had this issue before but it has never gone on this long. Thank you. Mary

5to 8irregular heart beat is not a big problem.. it's normal.. if heart beat increases more tha 10than their may be some issue.. so don't worry.. be relaxed and calm.. and if u feel like their is some problem than consult with doctor so that u will be sure
