What Causes Irregular Heart Beats Along With Pressure In The Chest?

yes for the last 4-5 days i ve been experiencing rapid heart beat pressure in my chest and tremors also shaking i have had a lot of stress here laitly but i dont know if that is whats causing this, top of my head feels like its numb about 2 weeks ago i had been out walking in to town and ended up in er for dehydration and chest pain this is a short list of whats happening i do have conditions (diabetes type 2 hypo hypothyroidism im really worried about this

Irregular heartbeat with pressure in the chest are symptoms that demand a good evaluation. You will need to talk with your doctor as soon as possible and have a good check of your heart and lungs to make sure nothing is wrong with them.
Having diabetes and thyroid issues does put you at risk for heart problems, this is why it is important to have a proper check to rule out heart problems first.
