Hello welcome to HCM. I have read your question and understand your concerns. Irregular heart rates needs evaluation on priority basis. You can't avoid this on later on basis as it might be life threatening sometimes.
So, my advice to you is -
1. Ask your doctor to do your holter monitoring (24 hrs ecg monitoring) which can confirm which type of rhythm disturbances you have, whether it is dangerous or not. So, do it on priority basis. All symptoms you have described are due to irregular heart beats.
2.There are medications available which can easily control your palpitations but for that we need definite diagnosis.
3.External hemorrhoids or allergy has nothing to do with irregular heart beats. So, kindly consult a cardiologist and get a holter monitoring done. You will get your answer. Thank you. Have a nice day.
