my heart suddenly started to beat hard and fast but then slowed down to normal pace and i had a vision change (as if you got up too fast and your vision goes blurry) i was nervous for a presentation and had math finals that day so i was anxious. what do you thing happened to me? i feel fine now

This sounds like an anxiety attack with hyperventilation causing the vision problem and so nothing serious, but you should have a doctor check you out with an EKG just to make sure everything's fine
