What Causes Irregular And Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding?

Hiiii...Sir.. i wanted to discuss a serious topic about abnormal menstrual bleeding..i didnt had my periods last two months and now its 25 days i am bleeding continously...and doctor have prescribed me to have tranexamic acid...for 5 days daily twice..today is the 5th day still bleeding didnt stopped permanently...what could be the reason for this???? Kindly reply..
