General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.
You are saying that your nipples are being inverted and areolae discolorated. Here, I need to ask to have a picture of your both breasts and a close picture of your areolae and nipples to evaluate the changes myself.

I also advise to get your breasts checked/palpated to see if you notice any lump or mass. Remember to get this check when you're in the 5th day of your period until the 10 th day. This is because the breasts change in response to hormones.

If they keep getting changed, you should get a full examination by your physician and have mammogram and ultrasound of your breasts done.

Hope this helps.
