What Causes Interstitial Cystitis?

Hi I had a CT of the pelvis without contrast, and they found multiple abnormalities, one of them is calcification within the region of the origin of the biceps femoris and semitendinosus muscles on the right, could you please explain to me what this is? I do have a lengthy medical history, a lot of abdomen and lower abdomen surgeries. I had peritonitis, that wasn t sudden it was caused from a previous issue and my bowel leaked for 10 months causing premature birth and then four days latter the part that was leaking pulled away from uterus and burst putting me in severe pain, stomach swelling 5 times than my pregnancy. I had an exploratory lap left open for the infection to seep out with a wet to set dressing, colostomy bag and I spent 3 1/2 wks in ICU, went home with a pic line weighing 71 lbs. since that surgery I ve had many others hysterectomy, appendectomy, gall bladder, spline, tonsils and atnoids, many upper and lower GI s, a mass was removed from the spot the colostomy once was. My white count is always high I get infections and illness quick and easily, I m always in pain. Prior to all of this I was a normal girl no procedures, the worst that I had was giardia I m not sure I spelled that correctly, I got it as a child from drinking contaminated water. Also on this CT it states a few small inguinal lymph nodes bilaterally that are not pathological by size criteria, multiple small calcific and/or metallic densities within the pelvis, some if which represent surgical clips or chain sutures and some represent phleboliths . Some appear to be close to the expected course of the ureters and possible ureterolithiasis, and he states the appendix is normal which I do not have. I only take trazadone 50 mg at bed and Tylenol which does not help my pain at all but I hate going to the dr because they instantly want to do some sort of surgery, so because I won t do the surgical or GI s they won t help with any pain meds, the last 3 times I was sedated I did not come out if the anasthesia well at all I fear it will only get worse. Could all these issues be caused from damage due to the periotonitis? Please help me make some sence of all of this if possible, I ve been to specialist, surgeons, general MD s, infectious disease Dr s as well, the last dr I seen diagnosed interstitial cystitis, I have no clue what that is. Thank you so much for even reading this novel I wrote. Sincerely wanna live
