Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have intermittent warm sensation in lower abdomen . Abdominal hernias are generally with out pouching ,Cholelithiasis can also give the such symptoms , Other causes might be bowel infection , inflammation, renal stones or acid peptic diseases . So i would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination and your doctor might ask for an ultrasound, CT scan or endoscopy , which will help in narrowing the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe ornidazole , omeprazole or antiemetic drug . Doctor may also refer you to urologist .
