General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Twitching occurs due to eye strain, mainly from long time use of phones, computers at work, stress, lack of sleep, excess consumption of caffeine, alcohol or due to medications. I advice you to:
- Have proper sleep
- Limit use of computer & phones
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, tobacco
- Stress free life & rest
- Eye massage following warm compress
- Antihistamine eye drops if any irritant is present

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician
