What Causes Intermittent Pain In Heel Of Right Foot?

I have been having periodic bouts of pain in the heel of my right foot, it has been happening for several weeks. I can go days, even weeks with no pain, then all of a sudden the pain is there and it s pretty intense. It will sometimes last a few days and then go away, but appears a week or two later

This could be because of overweight, increased uric acid levels or faulty footwear too. Please get an X-ray of your foot. Reduce weight and get uric acid levels checked.
