General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you have a history of heart disease, high cholesterol, smoking, diabetes, hypertension, excess weight, family history of heart disease then you should be assessed as soon as possible.

This assessment would involve history, physical examination and investigations such as ECG , chest x ray and blood tests.

If you do not have the above risk factors then this decreases the chance of heart disease.

I hope this helps
