What Causes Intermittent Pain And Swelling In Ears And Mild Headache?

Been to the doctor several times over the past year; lower pain under my ear on/off; no ear infection. Now I have trouble at times swollening and keep a mild headache..not to mention I cant remember simple things and have to stop to think before I speak. Can this be a deep ear infection?

Enlarged styloid process may be the cause of this situation, you need to get x ray styloid process done to see the length, even clinically palpation of styloid process is also recommended, dental carries and tooth ache is also cause of your problem.
