General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having Anginal pain giving this typical type of pain.
You might require EKG, cardiac enzymes testing.
Consult cardiologist and get examined and investigated.
Meanwhile take complete rest.
Ok and take care.
