What Causes Inter Menstrual Bleeding After Taking Unwanted 72?

Hi Me and my gf did not have sex but still to be for the safer side she asked for the pill I got her unwanted 72 I did not penetrate she was just worried about the pre cum I gave her the tablet a week ago and now today she said she is bleeding and this isn t her period time it s earlier by one week will this mean that she might be pregnant?

I understand your concern.
Unwanted 72 is an emergency contraceptive pill.
It has to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse to prevent pregnancy from happening.
The pill would prevent pregnancy by causing withdrawal bleeding within 3 weeks from the day of its intake.
What bleeding she is experiencing is withdrawal bleeding. Hence you need not worry about her being pregnant. Her cycle dates will be rescheduled accordingly as it was happening earlier.
