Hello,

This combined contraceptives may be used to prevent from pregnancy. But in case of bleeding abnormalities may need to take twenty one days. followed by breakthrough bleeding.

So taking a higher dose in a single day or starting days abnormalities are common. So please consult your gynaecologist she will examine by ultrasound abdomen and pelvis then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
