What Causes Intense Pelvic And Lower Back Pain Despite Taking Gabapentin?

My name is nellie, I ve been in chronic pain for 10 months. I have pain in my pelvic , lower back, buttocks and the back of my thighs. I have since had 3 steroid injections, 2 Mir s, 8 different blood tests, a pelvic ultrasound and a colonoscopy and doctors still don t know what s wrong with me. I just purchased some warm pain releaving gel which seems to help me temporarily. I also use ice and heat and take Percocet and Gabapentin for pain as well. Please can you help me. Ps the pain is worse in the morning when I get out of bed. I am a 62 year old female working fulltime.
