What Causes Intense Pain In The Mid Back?

I have severe pain in my spine in the middle of my back. When I look down or make certain movements, it actually takes my breathe away. The pain is very intense and when resting it s a dull ache. What could this be? I haven t had any injuries or accidents.

Hi dear thanks for writing, it seems to be spasm for that i advise you to take tab ibuprofen and tab Hifenac TH for instant relief. Hot plates will also be useful, bed rest for 2-3 days after that early morning mild exercise and stretch will strengthen you. It is advisable to get your calcium and Vit D level checked if problem persists. take green leafy vegetables and milk regularly.
