What Causes Intense Pain In Hip After A Ligament Sprain In Right Foot?

Hello. I am a teenager who runs daily for soccer training. I have had pain over the last year in my right knee. I can hear a grinding noise and it ocassionalky feels as if it is popping. I have more recently noticed severe pain in my hips (specifically right) after strenuous physical activity. My hips get hot to touch. I had a double ligament sprain in my right foot four months ago. Any ideas to what the pain may be caused by and how to proceed?

Pain is usually caused by nerve fibres supplying the respective muscle.
In your case pain may be because of compression of any nerve which is causing pain. Consult an orthopedic or physiotherapist.
